While Technora Survival Cord is abrasion resistant, has a low creep and low thermal shrinkage with excellent dimensional stability; the main benefit of ASR Outdoor Terchnora 950lb Survival Cord is that it is stronger and more durable than standard 550lb Paracord, at less than half the diameter. Technora line features a Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) coating, This coating protects the Technora from UV damage, increases abrasion resistance and flexibility, giving better knot strength, and chemical resistance. It weighs almost nothing and takes up little space, so it is a must-have for your survival kit.
